Description

The subject of the contract is construction work consisting of repairs and renovations of roads managed by the Road Administration of the City of Krakow in Krakow and areas belonging to the Municipality of Krakow in the field of road infrastructure - Area 3 including Districts IV - VII.2.The scope of works includes, among others: 1) maintenance and repair works consisting in the current removal of damages on roads resulting from their exploitation, accidents, failures, etc. in the scope of: - roads, squares, pavements, roadsides, - drainage ditches, sewage grates and ducts (without keeping them unobstructed), kerbside sewage, - culverts.2The detailed type of the ordered works is determined by the forecasted quantities of planned works.NOTE: The quantities of works given in the forecasted quantities are approximate quantities and may be increased or decreased depending on the actual needs identified in the field.4The Contractor should have a hardware base in Krakow or within 10 km of the city borders, equipped with: stationary phones with fax, mobile phones and the Internet, open 24 hours a day, also on public holidays. The Ordering Party reserves the right to check the above-mentioned database.5Pursuant to Art. 29 par. 3a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor or a subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing the following activities in the scope of contract performance indicated by the Contracting Authority - with the exception of persons performing the so-called independent technical functions in the construction industry within the meaning of the Construction Law: - lower technical level employees - organisation and performance of works, - physical workers - direct performance of works, the Contracting Authority allows for personal performance of the contract by persons conducting business activity or partners in a commercial law company.6: 36 months from the date of signing the agreement.7Required guarantee period: - 12 months from the date of acceptance of works covered by a single order - for maintenance and partial repairs - a minimum of 36 months, a maximum of 60 months from the date of acceptance of works covered by a single order - for other works and embedded materials (Offers with a guarantee period of less than 36 months will be rejected).8. Settlement of works: - works performed on the basis of a partial work order will be settled with a post-execution cost estimate, based on the size of works actually performed and gross unit prices included in the cost estimate, confirmed by the Supervision Inspector, - in the case of the need to perform works not included in the list of agreed unit prices, it will be possible to calculate them on the basis of price carriers included in "Sekocenbud" /R+M+S+Ko+Kz+Z/ valid in the quarter preceding the settlement period, - the gross unit price specified in the offer will be the basis to settle the works.9The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract by means of: - technical specifications - Annex 5 to the ToR, - dimension of works - Annex 7 to the ToR, - list of streets for the specified maintenance area - Annex 8 to the ToR, - list of tools and equipment - Annex 9 to the ToR.10. In the event of manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems in any of the ToR, products may be replaced with equivalent products.
