Description

The subject matter of the contract is the design and construction of an expressway, S11 road in the section from km approx. 35+266 to km approx. 45+796 (design km, point located on the existing course of the Olesno bypass in the real S11 km approx. 0+550)The above section is a fragment of an expressway, and is located in the Opolskie Province, in the district: Kluczbork, in the municipalities of Lasowice Wielkie and Kluczbork.
As part of the subject matter of the contract, the following Services and Works shall be designed and performed in particular:1) construction of the expressway2) road interchanges: 2 units, i.e. Kluczbork North and Kluczbork South,3) Places of Service for Travelers (MOPs):2 units, i.e. Kluczbork North and Kluczbork South,4) Road Maintenance Districts (ODs) with an administrative and social building and accompanying buildings: 1 unit5) reconstruction of existing roads to the extent of collision with the expressway,6) construction of roads other than the expressway, including changing the alignment of existing roads to restore disturbed road connections or provide access to properties,7) construction of additional roadways located in the expressway lane8) construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,9) in the case of intersection of a national road with a railroad line - the intersections should be carried out in accordance with the current regulation on technical conditions to be met by intersections of railroad lines and railroad sidings with roads and their location [6],10) emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,11) technological lanes,12) engineering facilities along the expressway and along roads intersecting with the expressway,13) land drainage system, including drainage devices for the road body: road ditches, storm sewers, purification devices, retention tanks, retention-infiltration tanks and others,14) environmental protection devices, in particular: acoustic protections, animal crossings, ecological culverts with protective fencing, greenery and fencing of the expressway, noise barriers,15) removal from the site and disposal of any identified plants that are invasive alien species,16) removal from the site and disposal of waste identified in the previously developed documentation,17) infrastructure for the needs of facilities along the expressway located along the expressway, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage treatment networks and facilities, storm water drainage with treatment facilities and others,18) reconstruction of colliding facilities and networks of existing underground and above-ground infrastructure: telecommunication and power devices, water supply networks, rainwater and sewage disposal networks, gas networks, drainage and hydrological devices, railroad devices and others,19) demolition of buildings and structures, demolition of road elements, culverts and others,20) telecommunication network for the needs of the Employer, 21) road lighting,22) traffic organization, including traffic safety devices23) cleaning and unblocking of existing drainage facilities and receivers to the extent of ensuring effective drainage of water from the road lane,24) after completion of the Works, perform full reclamation of the areas occupied by technical and welfare facilities, Construction Site, temporary roads - made for the needs of the Contractor and construction, and any other areas transformed by the Contractor,25) make repairs to restore roads, properties used by the Contractor, or buildings damaged as a result of the Contractor's activities to a technical condition no worse than before the start of construction,26) resurfacing or establishing or separating the boundaries of the road lanes of roads under construction within the scope of the project, located in the delimitation lines of the project, taking into account their designed category, 27) all Works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing traffic system, together with its possible reconstruction and change in traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions;28) Traffic Management System,...Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered in the content of the announcement, the remaining information is contained in the SWZ available along with this announcement on the Platform https://gddkia.eb2b.com
