Description

The subject matter of the contract is the design and construction of an expressway, the S11 road in the section from km 0+000 to km approx. 12+500, together with the connection with the existing Kępno bypass in the course of the S11 expressway - section II, through the design and construction of a two-lane S11 expressway in the design km of the bypass approx. 12+177 (border of plot no. 1324/7 with plot no. 1322/10) to design km approx. 12+749.90 (i.e. km 0+000 - beginning of section I Kępno - Siemianice).
As part of the subject of the contract, it is necessary to design and perform, in particular, the following Services and Works:1) construction of the expressway2) road interchanges: Siemianice interchange,3) reconstruction of existing roads to the extent that they collide with the expressway,4) construction of roads other than the expressway, including changing the alignment of existing roads to restore disturbed road connections or provide access to properties,5) construction of additional roadways located in the expressway lane6) construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,7) in the case of intersection of a national road with a railroad line - the intersections should be carried out in accordance with the current regulation on technical conditions to be met by intersections of railroad lines and railroad sidings with roads and their location [6],8) emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,9) technological lanes,10) engineering structures along the expressway and along roads intersecting with the expressway,11) land drainage system, including drainage devices for the road body: road ditches, storm sewers, purification devices, retention tanks, retention-infiltration tanks and others,12) environmental protection devices, in particular: acoustic protections, animal crossings, ecological culverts with protective fencing, greenery and fencing of the expressway, noise barriers,13) removal from the site and disposal of any identified plants that are invasive alien species,14) removal from the site and disposal of waste identified in the previously developed documentation,15) infrastructure for the needs of facilities along the expressway located along the expressway, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage treatment networks and facilities, storm water drainage with treatment facilities and others,16) reconstruction of colliding facilities and networks of existing underground and above-ground infrastructure: teletechnical and power devices, water supply networks, rainwater and sewage disposal networks, gas networks, drainage and hydrological devices, railroad devices and others,17) demolition of buildings and structures, demolition of road elements, culverts and others,18) teletechnical network for the needs of the Employer,19) road lighting,20) traffic organization, including traffic safety devices21) cleaning and unblocking of existing drainage devices and receivers to the extent that they ensure effective drainage of water from the road lane,22) after completion of the Works, perform full reclamation of areas occupied by technical and welfare facilities, Construction Site, temporary roads - made for the needs of the Contractor and construction, and any other areas transformed by the Contractor,23) to carry out repairs to restore roads, properties used by the Contractor, or buildings damaged as a result of the Contractor's activities to a technical condition no worse than before the start of construction,24) to renew or establish or separate the boundaries of the road lanes of roads under construction within the scope of the project, located in the demarcation lines of the project, taking into account their designed category, 25) all Works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing traffic system, together with its possible reconstruction and change in traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions,26) Traffic Management System,27) strengthening of the soil and ensuring the stability of the slopes of excavations and embankments to the extent adapted to the soil and water conditions....Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered in the content of the announcement, the remaining information is contained in the SWZ available along with this announcement on the Platform https://gddkia.eb2b.com.pl/.
