Description

The purpose of this consultation is to clean communal areas of the city of Nîmes and community areas belonging to Nîmes Métropole. The contract is the subject of a grouping of orders concluded between the City of Nîmes and the Nîmes Métropole agglomeration community. The City of Nîmes has been designated as the group's coordinator. The contract includes recurring (fixed price) and one-off services. The recurring fixed-price services will be paid for on the basis of the Breakdown of Overall and Fixed Prices (Dpgf). The one-off services are covered by a framework agreement giving rise to the issue of purchase orders, concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The contract is broken down into 3 lots and tranches (1 firm tranche and 1 optional tranche)
lot 1 covers the cleaning of:- communal areas (Valdegour, Pissevin, Saint Césaire, Puech du Teil, Chemin bas d'avignon, Mas de Mingue);- community areas belonging to Nîmes Métropole (around the Paloma Live Music Stage and the Canteperdrix travellers' area).Duration of the contract: - as part of the firm tranche: 78 months from 1 September 2022, the start date of the services, or its notification date if later. - for the optional tranche, if it is awarded: 12 months from the date indicated in the service order awarding the optional tranche. Maximum amount of the firm tranche: 650,000 euros (excluding tax). Maximum amount of the optional tranche: 100,000 euros (excluding VAT). The estimate indicated in this notice includes, for each of the lots, the total estimated amount for all tranches, for the recurring fixed-price services and the maximum amounts for the one-off services with order forms Lot 2 concerns:- the cleaning of communal areas (extended city centre),- the cleaning of community areas belonging to Nîmes Métropole (roads, stations and relay car parks of the TCSP, car park and surroundings of the Nemausa pool).Duration of the contract: - for the firm tranche: 78 months from 1 September 2022, the date on which the services are to be provided, or the date of notification if later. - for the optional tranche, if it is awarded: 12 months from the date indicated in the service order awarding the optional tranche. Maximum amount of the firm tranche: 1,500,000 euros (excluding VAT). Maximum amount of the optional tranche: 200,000 euros (excluding VAT). The estimate given in this notice includes, for each of the lots, the total estimated amount for all tranches, for the recurring fixed-price services and for the maximum amounts for the one-off services with order forms. Lot 3 concerns 12 activity zones of Community interest in the commune of Nîmes. Duration of the contract: - as part of the firm tranche: 80 months from 1 July 2022 for perimeter A comprising 10 activity zones, or from its notification date if this is later, and 78 months from 1 September 2022 for perimeter B comprising 2 activity zones; - as part of the optional tranche, if it is awarded: 12 months from the date indicated in the service order awarding the optional tranche.
