France - Ro-Ro Center

Description

As part of its development strategy, HAROPA PORT wishes to enhance the value of its public domain, and more specifically its ro-ro center located in the commune of Gonfreville-l'Orcher.

This site benefits from a privileged location and exceptional characteristics, notably in terms of surface area, maritime access conditions and multimodal transport, where such activity is already carried out.

To this end, HAROPA PORT | Le Havre plans to conclude Terminal Conventions (CT) and Temporary Occupancy Conventions (COT) to enable the operation of a Ro-Ro center with a total surface area of around 100 ha, broken down into various non-divisible areas known as "Parks", which are the subject of this Call for Projects.

These parks are grouped into three separate lots:
- Lot 1: basic areas. Lot 1 consists of four (4) Parks of around 13 ha each;
- Lot 2: support areas. This lot 2 consists of two (2) Parks of approximately 3,000 m² each;
- Lot 3: complementary surfaces. Lot 3 comprises twenty-five (25) Parks representing a total surface area of 41.8 ha.

Complementary surfaces include :
- surfaces for High and Heavy traffic (HH: traffic requiring special load-bearing capacity),
- quayside areas (excluding HH),
- additional surfaces.
