IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT:
PSPC on behalf of DND, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) in support of the medium and heavy duty fleet holdings at CFB Halifax. Support includes but is not limited to inspections, diagnostic servicing, preventative & corrective mechanical repair services. This is for a three (3) year standing offer with option of two (2) additional one-year extensions.

The Fleet holdings include, Dump trucks, Highway tractors, Loaders, Trailer, Bus, Cargo Truck, Mini Bus, 7 Ton Cargo with Refer, 5 Ton Cargo Truck, Plow, Agricultural Tractor, Industrial Tractor and Grader.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
Period of this Standing Offer will be (3) years with option of two (2) additional one (1)-year extensions.

SECURITY:
There is no Security Requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a standing offer.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the CFTA, CETA and WTO.
