Description
This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids from qualified, short-listed general contractors for the completion of various mechanical and electrical retrofits and upgrades and interior renovation of the Norfolk County Public Library (hereinafter ‘NCPL’) Waterford Branch, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
