Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc., has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of all necessary supervision, labour, materials, tools, equipment and transportation to carry out maintenance services on all Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning HVAC and refrigeration and air-cooling systems A/Con-board MAI vessels listed below.

Marine Atlantic Inc. reserves the right to add or remove vessels as required in this Standing Offer.
All technicians and service personnel used to supply any portion of the Deliverables must be trained on, knowledgeable about and have experience with the parts/equipment involved. All technicians should be certified to work on all parts/equipment where such certifications exist.
Contractor must have a minimum of 3 Red Seal certified Refrigeration and AC Mechanics available with a minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance, repairs and installs of HVAC
and refrigeration systems within the last 5 years. Proof of certification and experience must be submitted in the Offerors Offer otherwise the Offer will be deemed non-compliant.
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority, linda.k.richard@pwgsc.gc.ca, no later than 7 calendar days before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
