Description

This Request for Quotes (RFQ) invites quotes to repaint the Brinkhurst Family Barn at the Western Development Museum - North Battleford, located at #4 Highway 40 in North Battleford, SK. The Proponent is encouraged to use their previous knowledge and experience to develop a quote to meet this request's intent. Scheduling the work should consider the criticality of managing the installation during Museum operating hours.
Pricing and Scope of work is to include but not limited to the following:
Power wash barn 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
Thoroughly scrape and sand all failing areas.
Wipe, dust and mask windows.
2 coats of red latex stain (Sprayed) on all siding. Stain to be supplied by WDM North Battleford.
1 coat oil primer white, hand brushed and 1 coat White Latex hand brushed on all trim, window frames, soffits, fascia, door frames, etc. Primer and Paint to be supplied by WDM North Battleford.
 
WDM North Battleford will provide a lift for peaks. The building is 60’x24’ and gable peaks are roughly 30’ from ground level. All personnel working on the lift will be required to have valid fall protection, copies of which must be provided to the WDM.
