Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Asset Valuation Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Cowichan Valley Regional District (the "CVRD") is seeking quotations from qualified proponents for the provision of asset valuation services. The proponent is required to provide appraisal services for physical assets such as buildings, structures, and their related contents. The CVRD will use these valuations for insurance, capital asset management, capital asset replacement, and surplus and reserve transfer planning. The CVRD intends to engage an experienced and qualified proponent to conduct asset valuation appraisals of the sixteen (16) buildings and structures listed in Annex 3 – Facility List for replacement cost insurance, capital asset management, capital asset replacement, and surplus and reserve transfer planning.Notes This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire.
