Respondents are required to complete the IT Security Requirements table in Bids&Tenders. The completed table will be reviewed by MPAC’s security department to determine whether or not the Respondent can move forward in the RFQ process.Respondents are to submit a Quotation in accordance with Bids&Tenders online electronic submission instructions. MPAC is looking to acquire maintenance on the Cisco Smartnet software and hardware (please refer to Appendix I – MPAC Cisco Maintenance BOM)The Successful Respondent will be awarded a one (1) year contract, commencing January 1st, 2024, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms – a five (5) year contract in total. Respondents will be required to provide a copy of any applicable Terms and Conditions via Bids&Tenders document upload section.Unit prices are to include any additional fees and quoted exclusive of taxes and in Canadian dollars. Respondents are to confirm through a Letter of Authorization that they are an authorized reseller of Cisco Smartnet by uploading a copy to their respective Bids&Tenders response. MPAC has the right to disqualify/dismiss the lowest bid if the Respondent failed to upload a Letter of Authorization through bids&tenders. Respondents should be advised that MPAC cannot accept any language which creates an automatic renewal without written notice.
