ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Region is inviting Bids from qualified proponents to provide goods and services with respect to the Work.  The Work includes, but is not limited to, Consulting services for the detailed design of a new water treatment facility located in the Town of East Gwillimbury east of Yonge Street and north of Green Lane. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website, a minimum of three (3) Business Days before or after the information meeting.
