Description
The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide emergency, annual preventative maintenance and repairs including annual inspection and certification, performed by an AAADM certified technician, on all overhead doors, gate operators at the campus of the University of Houston. There are a number of overhead, and gate operators on campus that require certification, preventative maintenance and repair.There will be a non-mandatory online pre-submittal meeting held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 @ 2:00 PM CT via Zoom.
