This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Engineering Services for the Highway 104 Taylor Road to Paqtnkek Twinning Project to the Department of Public Works (DPW), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables').
