The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with qualified proposers to provide Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations and Industrial Supplies (MRO).The Lead State hopes to obtain best value, achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous Participating States/Participating Entities, and also, to create a selection of environmentally sustainable products for Participating States/Participating Entities to purchase.
