I.    ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSALL QUALIFIED PROPOSERS:Sealed Proposals shall be received by the City’s e-Procurement website bidsandtendersTM for the above referenced RFP before 3:00 PM EDT local time, Thursday, February 20, 2025. Interested parties shall submit packages to: https://www.tamarac.org/bids for the following project:Tamarac Sports Complex – Concession Stand 2 -Digital Sign/Interactive KioskThe City of Tamarac is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a turnkey installation and configuration of a Digital Sign / Interactive Kiosk, along with all hardware/software licensing, hardware/software subscriptions and maintenance, relevant/necessary warranties, service/maintenance plans and other services for a minimum of (3) years, at the Tamarac Sports Complex, located at 9901 NW 77th St, Tamarac, FL 33321. The project estimate is $50,000.00.The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.A mandatory pre-proposal/site visit will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2025, 10:00 AM, at the following location:City of Tamarac Sports Complex9901 NW 77th St.Tamarac, FL 33321City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposals received, to re-advertise for Proposals, to award in whole or in part to one or more Proposers or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City. RFP documents may be obtained via the Internet at the website above.
