Description
The City is seeking a qualified firm to provide commissioning services as a lead commissioning authority for the new Maintenance building at the Shaganappi Gold Course site.. The proposed building consists of a 500 SqM maintenance building with repair bays, office spaces and storage building. The building will be constructed to meet City’s minimum sustainability requirements.
The team will consist of a lead commissioning authority to lead, review, and oversee the completion of the commissioning process activities. The commissioning team may be made up of multiple subject matter experts to address all the systems required to meet the commissioning services.
