Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals for the design and construction supervision required for an upgrade to staff change rooms located in building “B” at the City Service Centre at 9505 - 112th Street, Grande Prairie, AB. The Project shall be designed, engineered and constructed in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with specific regard to existing functional requirements. Any infrastructure currently in the slab is to remain.The services provided will include detailed design, tender preparation, construction supervision and inspection, project management, project close-out and post construction warranty inspection. All designs shall meet current Codes, Acts, and Regulations.
