Canada - RFP 2024-1671 Wireless Network

Description

The Board of Education of School District #38 (Richmond) is inviting Proposals for a Wireless Network to support 38 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, and four other supported sites. The scope of this RFP includes the supply of wireless network hardware (Access Points) and potentially a Network Access Control (NAC), limited training and configuring, monitoring, and licensing. The District will manage installation and the removal of end-of-life hardware. The District reserves the right to amend the scope at any time due to budgetary constraints.The existing On-Premise wireless network will need to remain in operation during the transition to the new solution to minimize network outages and access continuity. Proponents are encouraged to detail their plans for a seamless transition and to identify opportunities to leverage our existing network.
