Description
Request
for Proposals – RFB 2024-019, Development Services for East Waco Property. Sealed Proposals will be
accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th
Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The City of Waco is seeking proposals for the
purchase or lease, along with the development, of city-owned land located
within an existing historic neighborhood. The proposed area is comprised of
several lots making up a total of approximately 4.25 acres. The property is
generally located along Taylor Street between Spring Street and Cherry Street, 121
Cherry Street and 936 Earle Avenue, Waco, Texas 76704 (“Project Area”).
Electricity and natural gas are available at the developer’s cost. Water and
sewer are subject to capacity. For more detailed information, see this project

Non-mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at
