Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Fireworks Display, Canada Day 2024, 2025 and 2026 and New Years Eve 2024, 2025 and 2026, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The fireworks display will commence at 11:00 pm (2300 hrs) local time for the Canada Day shows and 8:30 pm (2030 hrs) local time for the New Years Eve Shows. The duration is to be approximately 16 continuous minutes. To be held at Meadowview Ball Diamonds – 1 Meadowview Drive, St. Albert, AB.
