The Library is seeking to enter into a contract for the testing and inspection services of fire protection equipment and systems at various Library sites. Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) is now the fifth largest library system in British Columbia, and serves over 430,000 people on Vancouver Island, Haida Gwaii and the Central Coast (Bella Coola) through 39 branch libraries.The Library welcomes Proposals respecting innovative or novel approaches to the VIRL’s objectives and requirements
