The City of Richmond Hill is searching for an online portal for residents to access their tax bills and related information. The City aims to bridge this gap by leveraging technology to provide accessible, convenient access to property tax information. This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the City of Richmond Hill (“the City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.This Request for Information (RFI) is intended solely for information and planning purposes, and is neither a Request for Tender (RFT), Request for Quote (RFQ) nor a Request for Proposal (RFP).  No contract or agreement shall be entered into based on this RFI.  The issuance of this RFI is not to be considered in any way a commitment by the City, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to the City.
