The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors.  Online electronic submissions through the Bidding System or emailed submissions to bids@simcoe.ca will be accepted for this opportunity.Request for Expression of Interest No. 2024-050For: TENANT FOR CAFÉ and/or LEASABLE AGENCY SPACE AT THE COUNTY OF SIMCOE’S ORILLIA AFFORDABLE HOUSING CAMPUS LOCATIONThe Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) is seeking Expressions of Interest from Non-profit agency/organizations interested in operating a café facility (PART A), upper program room for full-time non-profit agency administration office space (PART B), and/or lower-level leasable space for complementary social and community service or professional use (PART C) in the County’s soon to be occupied Orillia Affordable Housing Campus. The County’s Orillia Affordable Housing Campus development is a multi-generational, mixed-use hub containing affordable housing, community services, and County supportive services. The County’s Orillia Affordable Housing Campus is located at the intersection of West Street North and Borland Street East in the City of Orillia, known municipally as 250 West Street North.This is an exciting opportunity for a non-profit organization to manage and operate the café.Interested parties may submit Expressions of Interest for either PART A, PART B or PART C or any combination thereof.
