Description

The scope of the consultation covers the 70 food markets currently open. These markets are grouped into 2 distinct geographic segments as follows:
- Sector A: 9

The delegates are responsible for the installation, management and maintenance of the contracts.
They ensure that the commercial diversity of the markets is maintained, with priority given to food retailers, producers (particularly Paris farmers), organic retailers and/or those involved in a short circuit approach.
They participate in the sorting of bio-waste.
They bear all civil liability risks arising from the operation of the markets.
They undertake to take over the personnel currently employed on the markets in accordance with the Labour Code.
Applicants can make innovative proposals for additional services, works and facilities.
