France - Restructuring work

Description

This invitation to tender was issued following an open tender procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-3 and R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The subject of this works contract concerns the renovation/CCE works of the areas concerned by the Camus operation on the site of the Quadrilatère des Archives, Paris. The work will take place on a site that is in operation and constrained by other work operations.
The work in this lot consists of, among other things:- occasional demolitions for the creation of doors, bays and hoppers, construction of stairwells and lift shafts, repair and creation of floors in the existing building,- underpinning work to reinforce the foundation,- ashlar masonry work for external staircases. The works of this lot consist among others of: - supply and implementation of six lifts and a goods lift, as well as five platform lifts, - shaft equipment / equipment of the landings / car doors and landings / car equipment for lifts and goods lifts / equipment of platforms for lifts / alarm and voice. The works of the present lot concern among others: metal door blocks / removal of external joinery / railings / handrails / internal metal staircase / creation of access in facades / revision of doors, windows and elements in facade / ventilation grids / external staircase railings / covering of networks diversion. The works of this lot concern among others:5.1) partitions - plasterwork - false ceilings: plaster partitions on metal framework / wall linings solid facings / absorbent linings perforated facings / creeping attic linings - technical rooms - shaft linings / acoustic linings of stairwells - lift shafts / absorbent suspended ceiling in glass wool coated with acoustic plaster / suspended ceiling of the luminous barrisol type / stretched acoustic suspended ceiling - Alyos type / suspended ceiling in plasterboard / suspended ceiling in dismountable slab / recovery of ceilings and mouldings.5.2) interior wood joinery and glass partitions: wood door units / heritage wood door units / renovation of preserved doors / glass units and frames / facings of technical shafts / wall cladding / interior shutters and blinds / shelves, shelves, furniture and fittings.5.3) hard and soft flooring: removal work / preparation of floors / creation of flooring / renovation of existing floors / creation of earthenware wall cladding.5.4) Painting: preliminary work on existing unplumbed surfaces / preliminary work on existing surfaces / priming work / painting and plastering of walls and ceilings / capping of lead paints / painting of wooden structures / varnishing of wooden structures / floor resin / floor painting / signage. 6.1) Heating - ventilation - smoke extraction - air-conditioning: - creation of exchangers and outlets in existing heating substations and creation of radiator heating networks,- creation of chilled water production, cooling in certain premises using terminal emitters such as 4-pipe ductable fan coil units or 2-pipe reversible fan coil units,- installation of VMC and double flow ventilation systems, including cooling in certain premises,- humidity control in premises where works are stored.6.2) Plumbing - sanitary facilities:- construction of new cold water distribution networks based on 2 meters, supply of sanitary facilities and tea rooms, DHW production by electric tanks,- construction of new EU - eV networks in the buildings, with connection to existing networks in the basements. 7.1) Electricity CFO: - removal of an existing transformer station and creation of a new transformer station for the premises of the national archives,- creation of two LV yellow tariff meters, associated low-voltage low-voltage lightning conductors, power and PC distribution installations, normal and security lighting for the premises of Operation Camus,- creation of lightning protection equipment for the buildings of Operation Camus,- renewal and reassembly of the main switchboards in the buildings of the national archives in the DRC.7.2) CFA electricity: construction of SSI (SSI category A), VDI and GTB security installations for the premises of Operation Camus.7.3) Security: - construction of security installations for the premises of Operation Camus, including access control, anti-intrusion detection, video surveillance and intercom systems,- replacement of existing equipment (video surveillance cameras, access controls, alarms) in the buildings of the national archives,- integration of all the abovementioned security equipment into unified operating systems. Supply and installation of compactus grids on rails / storage racks / storage shelves.
