France - Restricted design competition - construction OF a veterinary University hospital for companion animals (chuvac) - vetagro sup projet vetcampus - phase 1

Description

This restricted project management competition is being organized with a view to awarding a project management contract for the construction of a new Veterinary University Hospital for Companion Animals (CHUVAC), the development of a visitor parking lot and its surroundings, and the relocation of a guardhouse, for the VetAgro Sup veterinary campus located at 1, avenue Bourgelat in Marcy-l'Etoile (69).
The present competition is organized in accordance with the provisions of Book IV of Part II of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique). The consultation concerns a restricted project management competition based on Esquisse Plus (ESQ +), launched in accordance with article L. 2125-1 2° of the Code de la Commande Publique and organized in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-25 of the same code.
