Description

The purpose of this consultation is to select a concessionaire responsible for:1) animating the Auteuil racecourse in a festive and cultural way on the racecourse's outdoor and indoor spaces;2) exploiting the various catering spaces available on the racecourse and opening a permanent or seasonal restaurant on the site:A) seated catering: a permanent or seasonal restaurant of the Parisian brasserie type, as well as the activation of a complementary restaurant during major equestrian events;B) takeaway catering: lounges, bars and street food locations on the racecourse;3) to be a business provider for France Galop in marketing the various spaces available on and off race days.In order to create a strong synergy between the activities at the Auteuil racecourse, this contract is not divided into separate lots. As a result, the contract will be awarded to a single contractor.
