NOTICE OF PUBLIC TENDER NO. MAR-260424
RESIDUAL MATERIALS MANAGEMENT FOR THE CITY OF ROUYN-NORANDA - 2024-2029

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is seeking bids for a contract to manage all residual materials generated on its territory. The services to be provided and the various administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of March 13, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca, quoting notice number MAR-260424. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, to be validly received, all bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "MAR-260424 - Soumission pour le contrat de gestion des matières résiduelles 2024-2029" and be physically located, no later than 11 a.m. on April 26, 2024, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on April 26, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) and presented in one or other of the forms indicated in the tender documents.

The City of Rouyn-Noranda will not accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted, and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining tender documents or in preparing and submitting their bids.
