Description

This contract concerns the supply of a magnetron sputtering frame for the Institut des Nano Sciences de Paris (INSP) (UMR 7588, Sorbonne University, CNRS), which must be able to produce thin films of ITO or magnetic materials.
The purpose of this contract is to supply a magnetron sputtering frame for the Institut des Nano Sciences de Paris (INSP) (UMR 7588, Sorbonne University, CNRS).this sputtering frame must be able to produce ITO thin films or magnetic materials.this new equipment will be installed in the laboratory's clean room (ISO class 7 - class 10000). All the equipment necessary for its operation (hardware and software) will be supplied and installed by the selected supplier, and its delivery (except for suppliers established outside the European Union), installation and commissioning, as well as the training of the main users will be included in the proposed price.
