GRDF wishes to set up a referencing of service providers able to meet the needs of its research & development program in the following fields:- Risk assessment & modelling;- physico-chemical analysis of metals and polymers;- detection and emission of gases;- qualification and metrology of materials;- physico-chemical analysis of gases;- analysis & testing of innovative solutions, residential sector;- analysis & testing of innovative solutions, tertiary sector;- analysis & testing of innovative solutions, industrial sector;- analysis & testing of innovative gas solutions for land use planning;- studies of the environmental and social impacts of the production of green gases;- bibliographical studies, state of the art of research, reviews of scientific and prospective publications.
Lot 1 - Risk assessment (& modelling) for methane and NG/H2 mixtures and pure H2- study of intrinsic dangerous phenomena;- study of extrinsic dangerous phenomena;- damage to structures by third parties;- proposal of innovative and effective compensatory measures;- support for specific expertise;- modelling and digital simulation;- Fault analysis, reliability models;- dynamic calculations of gas distribution networks;- numerical simulation of physical phenomena (concentration of stresses on materials, rupture/cracking of materials, thermal conduction in soils, etc.);- Datascience, predictive analyses based on artificial intelligence. Batch 2 - Physico-chemical analysis of metals and polymers for steels and ductile cast iron and for polymeric materials (PE old resins, PE80, PE100, PE-RT, polyamides)- mechanical characterization analyses in traction, flexion, elongation...;- study of corrosion phenomena;- study of the impact of H2 (and other gases) on pipes;- permeation studies;- chemical analysis and ageing studies of polymers/elastomers;- study of cracking phenomena;- analysis of the weldability of polymers/elastomers;- prospective studies on innovative techniques/technologies for network detection, renewal, repair, inspection/control of networks. Batch 3 - Gas detection and emissions- performance analyses of the main methane detection technologies on the network;- prospective studies on innovative methane detection techniques/technologies on the network and on gas installations;- studies of methods for quantifying methane emissions on distribution networks;- carrying out field campaigns to measure leakage emission flows;- ad hoc expert support in standardisation bodies or gas associations, specific benchmarking of a technique or a technology Batch 4 - Qualification and metrology of equipment - static/dynamic leakage testing of equipment with or without a prior ageing phase for all types of equipment installed on the network (meters, regulators, valves, etc.); - metrological testing of meters (with accreditation) and regulators; - performance testing of equipment with the development of test plans. Lot 5 - Physico-chemical analysis of gases- chemical analysis of gases (natural, biogas, natural gas/H2 mixtures); % methane and other compounds, odorization;- analysis of the physical characteristics of gases;- studies on innovative technologies for biomethane injection stations and measuring equipment integrated into these stations;- studies on methanation, pyrogasification and power-to-gas processes;- studies on gas backflows;- carrying out sampling campaigns prior to the commissioning of biomethane injection stations;- analysis of the composition and categorisation of inputs to biomethane production sites;- ad hoc expert support. Lot 6 - Analysis & testing of innovative solutions, residential sector- technical analysis of a problem or a solution in the residential sector (individual and collective);- proposal for an innovative concept in the residential sector (individual and collective);- technical-economic analysis of a problem and technical-economic positioning of a solution in the residential sector (individual and collective);- laboratory testing of a prototype or innovative solution intended for the residential sector (individual and collective);- real-life testing of a prototype or innovative solution intended for the residential sector (individual and collective) Lot 7 - Analysis & testing of innovative solutions, tertiary sector- technical analysis of a problem or a solution in the tertiary sector;- proposal for an innovative concept in the tertiary sector;- technical-economic analysis of a problem and technical-economic positioning of a solution in the tertiary sector;- laboratory testing of a prototype or innovative solution for the tertiary sector;- testing in real conditions of a prototype or innovative solution for the tertiary sector Lot 8 - Analysis & testing of innovative solutions, industry sector- technical analysis of a problem or a solution in the industry sector;- proposal of an innovative concept opportunity in the industry sector;- technical-economic analysis of a problem and technical-economic positioning of a solution in the industry sector;- laboratory testing of a prototype or an innovative solution for the industry sector;- testing of a prototype or an innovative solution for the industry sector in real conditions. Lot 9 - Analysis & testing of innovative gas solutions for land use planning - solution studies (modelling, technical analysis, opportunity proposal, economic analysis, etc.);- field test (experimental follow-up in real conditions, implementation evaluation, customer perception, recommendations, etc.). Lot 10 - Environmental and social impact studies of green gas production - study of the environmental impact of green gas; - study of the social impact of green gas: analysis of social acceptability; - study of the economic impact of green gas; - study of the impact of hydrogen on current gas uses. Lot 11 - Bibliographical studies, state of the art research, reviews of scientific and prospective publications - in particular in the fields of new gases;- on technologies with a TRL < 5.
