The Contractor is asked to conduct a number of large-scale online quantitative surveys among a representative (partial) sample of the Dutch population each calendar year.Specifically, these surveys concern image, familiarity and brand perception of the NPO, its networks, channels and competition. The assignment includes both current surveys and similar future surveys to be determined. The surveys differ in design, but roughly the specifications are as follows. This is strictly indicative as it may vary over time.
Every calendar year the Contractor is asked to carry out a number of large-scale online quantitative surveys among a representative (partial) sample of the Dutch population, specifically about the image, awareness and brand perception of NPO, its channels, stations and competition. The assignment includes both current surveys and similar future surveys to be determined. The surveys differ in design, but roughly the specifications are as follows. The objective of the surveys is to question a representative (sub)sample of the Dutch population about various question points, such as for example (but not exhaustively);- awareness of brands + competition;- appreciation of brands + competition;- preference for brands + competition;- image, channel and brand characteristics;- public values (brand values of NPO);- open questions about among other things perception, strengths and weaknesses, first association.The purposes of the surveys differ per survey, examples include;- providing input for vision, direction and policy of the Board of Directors and the various boards;- providing input for steering channel management;- measuring set KPIs for brand and marketing.It is important that the outcomes of the mutual measurements of the same surveys are and remain comparable. This so that differences in outcomes are not due to differences in design, planning and execution. The importance of this is great since a number of KPI's are measured in these researches.It is therefore important that changes in the researches of any kind, such as for example in design, method and questionnaire, are communicated and coordinated in advance with the NPO.
