Description

1) User information service: among the prevention measures, the company shall place at each of the beaches and in a visible place, posters or information panels in which users are informed in a clear and brief way, the instructions and advice for the prevention of accidents, as well as those other instructions that are considered useful for users in relation to the use of the beaches and the provision of assistance services (static prevention). The information messages issued will be simple and easy to understand for anyone, using several languages: Catalan, Spanish, French and English. On the other hand, this prevention will also be carried out verbally by the lifeguards assigned to each beach (dynamic prevention);2) Surveillance of the beaches: the company awarded the contract will watch over the prevention of any dangerous situation that may occur on the municipality's beaches, informing users who suffer from them of the risks, both on the sand and at sea;3) Rescue and first aid: The main objective of the company awarded the contract is immediate intervention when a situation of risk or accident occurs, which will only cease when the people affected are considered to be out of danger, after having received the necessary aid and health care;4) Service of accompaniment to the toilet for people with reduced mobility: the service will be provided by means of an amphibious chair or special crutches to accompany the person assisted to the water. The service will be provided with or without prior telephone consultation;5) Service to avoid the loss of children:a) Bracelets will be made available to those who consider it necessary for children and other users who require it, in order to avoid the loss of these on the beaches;b) They will collaborate in the detection of a lost user, if the incident occurs;6) Checking of spills and other environmental incidents on the beaches:a) The contractor will check daily if there has been any discharge of wastewater or other substances on the beach, in susceptible points. The check will also be carried out after an episode of rain;b) In the event of detection of any spillage, whether it affects the sand or the bathing water, the action protocols defined for these situations will be activated;c) Ensure the detection and collaboration in the resolution of possible incidents that may occur on the beaches of the municipality;7) Collaboration with the City Council and coverage of extraordinary events within and outside working hours. Collaboration with sports or leisure events related to the beaches of the municipality of Begur.b) Observation, identification and counting of jellyfish and other floating solids on a daily basis;c) Monitoring of the satisfaction of the services offered to beach users;d) Collaborate with the appropriate body for the maintenance or obtaining of labels, certifications and accreditations that may be related to the provision of their services;e) Carry out a count of users on the beaches where service is provided, once a week;f) Carry out the transmission of data in the portals and / or administrations that the City Council considers;g) Activity reports: Weekly, monthly and seasonal reports.
