Canada - Request for Standing Offer - Electrical Services, AAFC, Lacombe Research and Development Centre (01R11-22-S011)

Description

REQUIREMENT: The Department of Agriculture and Agri Food Canada (AAFC), Lacombe Research and Development Centre at 6000 C and E Trail, Lacombe, Alberta, requires a Contractor to provide Electrical Services on an “as and when required” basis. The type of electrical service includes routine maintenance, repairs, installation of new equipment and emergency services when equipment has failed. A detailed description of the services can be found in the RFSO documents, Appendix B, Statement of Work .  Canada intends to complete the review of bid submissions received and award a Standing Offer for October 1, 2021 . The period of the Standing Offer will be for 1 calendar year with the possibility to extend the Standing Offer for 3 additional 1 year periods. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: Companies have the option to view the site prior to submitting a bid. Due to COVID-19, bidders shall contact the Facility Manager to confirm their attendance at least 2 days in advance of the visit. Should there be sufficient interest in site visit attendance, AAFC may assign time slots to bidders in an effort to maintain social distancing protocols. The Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, August 17 at 10 am .
