Description
By means of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the University of Ottawa is seeking to create a shortlist of potential partners to assist in the delivery of a superior student life experience through on campus student housing (the University of Ottawa Student Housing Program). Respondents are to submit responses that demonstrate their ability to partner with the University and contribute to this ongoing initiative. The University anticipates that this process will be completed in Two (2) Stages, Stage 1 – RFQ, and Stage 2 – Request for Proposals (RFP).
The University of Ottawa is seeking an organization (or joint submission by a team of organizations) with experience in student life/experience in a learning environment, real estate development and student housing facility operations and maintenance.
For the purposes of this RFQ, as it appears on MERX, the Delivery Date shall refer to the anticipated RFP issuance timeframe, and is subject ot change throughout the procurement process.
