RFP Scope: 
FCC is seeking to measure corporate reputation among its key external stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Stakeholder groups include government, industry and other public stakeholders e.g. customers, potential customers, etc. The organization is also looking to benchmark FCC’s brand perceptions against other leading Canadian companies. The purpose of this measurement is to assess the impact of events or issues on FCC’s reputation and provide an understanding of the effectiveness of the organization’s proactive stakeholder communication efforts. 
The successful supplier will demonstrate expertise in reputation benchmarking and stakeholder measurement, with the ability to synthesize the two into a meaningful reporting model that analyzes reasons for change quarter over quarter.
