For more information, visit fcc.ca . RFP Scope: FCC has 100 sites across Canada with multiple meetings rooms at most locations. FCC currently has approximately 150 meeting rooms that are a mix of Team Enabled rooms and non-Teams Enabled rooms. FCC, as part of this RFP, is seeking for one (1) Proponent to procure/supply the meeting room equipment, install the equipment in FCC’s offices across Canada, provide support, maintenance, and monitoring of the equipment/solution, and deliver asset management services, in accordance with the RFP Scope (Part 4) of the RFP.
