The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is looking for additional information in preparation for the Special Purpose Craft -Shallow Water II (SPC-SW II) acquisition. The SPC-SW II is intended to replace a current fleet of SPC-SWs. The SPC-SW II will be used by Coast Guard Stations to conduct missions in back bay, intercoastal and other areas where shallow water prevents operations from deeper draft boats. Able to operate in up to 4-foot seas and 25 knot winds. The primary missions are: Search and Rescue (SAR); Law Enforcement (LE); and Ports, Waterway and Coastal Security (PWCS). Craft is primarily keep in the water but can be frequently trailered for maintenance and access to remote operating areas.

1. Do you have a craft already in production that meets the Hull Form, Structure and Construction Standards, Physical Constraints, Performance and Propulsion listed in the Table of Preliminary Requirements? If so, please respond with pertinent information (spec sheet, drawings, etc)

2. Do you have a craft already in production, which could be easily modified to meet the Hull Form, Structure and Construction Standards, Physical Constraints, Performance and Propulsion listed in the Table of Preliminary Requirements? If so, please respond with pertinent information (spec sheet, drawings, etc)

3. If yes to question 1 or 2, please answer the following regarding your craft:

a) Does your craft have a proven track record of responding to public safety missions in a water depth of less than 18 inches?

b) What is a reasonable time period to deliver the first boat?

c) How many boats can be produced a year?

d) What is the expected service life of hull and major equipment?

e) How mature is the logistics package of your craft?

f) Does your craft have a 3D model?

g) What are your standard warranty terms?

h) What is your size and socio-economic status?

i) What is the rough order of magnitude (ROM) price of your current craft? What is the ROM of the craft meet all preliminary requirements?

j) What quantity discounts do you offer?
