Description

Coillte is seeking a number of suitably qualified companies to share information and experiences in the Biomass CHP sphere, with the overall intention of possibly collaborating with participants after a competitive dialogue process is complete. Please note: This stage will be the first of three as outlined below: 1) request for information: to reach out to companies in the European Union so Coillte can discuss, evaluate and explore the possibility of collaborating with Market Participants, that either: 1.1) have made substantial progress in the development of Biomass CHP projects of a similar scale to that under investigation by Coillte; or 1.2) have existing partnerships in place in projects of a similar nature to that under investigation; or Have significant demonstrable capabilities in the provision of development and management services necessary for a Biomass CHP project of the scale described in Section 1.3 of the RFI document; 2) based on the completion of the RFI Coillte will post a separate pre-qualification questionnaire under a new separate process. Note: Companies that fail to be selected to partake in Step 1 will still be eligible to participate in this process; 3) competitive dialogue will commence: — followed by issuing a tender document only to those selected from Stage 2, — followed by a contract award.
