Chile - Replacement of Ewaldo Klein Stadium in Puerto Varas

Description

The purpose of these general Administrative Bases is to regulate and regulate the call for Public Bidding of the Work Project entitled, REPLACEMENT OF THE EWALDO KLEIN STADIUM OF PUERTO VARAS, in the Commune of Puerto Varas.
Due to the quality deficit of this stadium, which prevents to offer a service with the demanded frequency and to the deficit of coverage both in own and third party fields, which generates an important deficit of hours, to dedicate to the sport activity of soccer.
The Ewaldo Klein Stadium project in Puerto Varas is mainly structured on a reinforced concrete and steel base, with reinforced concrete pillars as its main support. It also includes bleachers in prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, a pre-painted zinc-aluminum roof and interiors in IPV wood partition walls finished in volcanite plasterboard and fiber cement.
The total area of the project is 14,907.1 m2, according to the following architectural program: infirmary, administrative access warehouse, sports warehouses, mixed-use area, referees' dressing rooms, players' dressing rooms, circulation, access control, administration, soccer field, rainwater drainage system, main access, interior street, ticket offices, men's public restrooms, women's public restrooms, universal accessibility restrooms, transmission booth and spectator bleachers.
The artificial turf field has a surface area of 8,214 m2 and also includes lighting for the playground area.
This work already has an advance in its execution, and the documents referring to the liquidation of the previous bid are attached for knowledge and verification of the progress already made. The works contemplated in the present bidding process must consider all the analysis on the part of the interested parties in order to correctly quantify the progress already made.
