No: PMO/23-24/Q 56/e-ONB 1.         The Prime Minister’s Office (Defence and Home Affairs Division) is inviting bids from eligible bidders Registered with CIDB and of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for theReplacement of Air Handling Units, Pipes, Ducting and Waterproofing works at National Treasury Building 2.         Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement Website: https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.orgReference Number: PMO/IFB/2024/202 and submitted on line by Tuesday 7th May 2024 up to 13.00 hours (local Time) at latest. 3.         Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting/site visit scheduled on Thursday 18th April 2024 at 9.30 am at latest at the New Treasury Building 4.         Bids will be opened online as per key Activity Schedule in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address: Prime Minister’s Office,(Defence and Home Affairs Division), 6th Floor, New Government Centre, Port Louis.  5.         The Prime Minister’s Office (Defence and Home Affairs) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder                                                                                                                                                          05 April 2024 MAURITIUS
