Project Title: WHCA POL Tank Repairs
Project Location: Joint Base Anacostia Bolling
Summary: The project is for the Design and Construction of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) tanks for White House Communications Agency (WHCA). It includes removal of underground Oil-Water Separators in buildings 399 and 408 for WHCA , removal of oil storage tanks, and installation of new Oil-Water Separators with integral oil storage and alarms to alert when oil should be removed.  It also includes the removal of an underground 10,000-gallon diesel tank, hole filled with engineered fill, and platforms built with spill protection for above-ground 10,000 gallon diesel oil tanks.  Lastly, it provides all connections to the tanks and two 250-gallon ready service interior oil tanks with spill prevention measures to include double-walled piping
1) Acquisition is a Small Business set-aside.
2) Magnitude Between $250,000 and $500,000.
3) Bid Bond required in the amount of 20% of Proposal Price.
4) This will be a for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
5) Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
