France - Repair, maintenance and related services for aircraft and other equipment

Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to maintain in operational condition and to acquire equipment related to non-destructive testing and associated services.the scope of the framework agreement covers a set of equipment operated by the 3 armed forces and the Siaé. This equipment is divided into 10 specific families and deployed in mainland France, overseas and OPEX. These are, as an indication: -Spectrometric analysis of oils-particle counting-tightness control-eddy current-Endoscopy-Magnetic particle counting-Radiography-Sweeping-Thermography-UltrasonThe services covered by the framework agreement include all the activities necessary to maintain the availability of non-destructive testing equipment. As an indication, these services are:- Technical and logistical support;- Management and quality assurance of supplies;- Supply of NSO consumables;- Training in the use and maintenance of NSO consumables;- Acquisition of equipment;- Rental of equipment with or without purchase option;- Repair and overhaul packages;- Diagnostics;- Preventive, corrective and curative maintenance on site or in the factory.this draft framework agreement is a single-award contract and is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the French Public Order Code (Ccp).pursuant to articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the French Public Order Code, this is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts and order forms. The subsequent contracts will include both lump-sum services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R 2362-8 of the Public Order Code
