This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to REPAIR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR COMMUNITY FACILITY, BLDG 813 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to REPAIR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR COMMUNITY FACILITY, BLDG 813 in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings. The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation.
Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to REPAIR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR COMMUNITY FACILITY, BLDG 813, at Dobbins ARB, GA. This project is a repair and construction project to repair the interior and exterior of Verhulst Hall, Building 813. This project includes but, is not limited to a new HVAC system, conference break-out rooms, foyer, visitor lounge, restrooms, electrical room, and building exterior. Project shall incorporate ADA accessible entrance and restrooms.

NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
The solicitation will be available on or about 6 May 2019 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. The anticipated bid closing date/time is 6 June 2018@ 02:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Bid opening is anticipated to occur approximately thirty (30) minutes after bid closing time at the 94th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 812, 1538 Atlantic Ave., Dobbins ARB 30069
