Description

The CELP is a first-category public transport facility, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing interconnection between different modes of public and individual transport (metro, tramways, taxis, urban, regional and international buses, car parks). It consists of a central building with six levels including car parks. It is also connected to the Perrache railway station by an external footbridge. The Celp has had a video protection installation since 2012. It is composed of 145 cameras (95 indoor and 50 outdoor cameras) distributed over the different levels of the site. They are connected to a bay equipped with recorders located in a dedicated technical room located in the building's security PC (level 1 bis).
