Maintenance activities for in-oil power transformers considered in this lot are:— air heaters and coolers: replacing and/or oil leaks,— replacing cut-off valves for air heaters, coolers or radiators,— instruments, fuses, electrical system,— through-pass bushing insulators,— installation of 1 Kv/250 A insulator,— inspections through apertures in the upper part Tr,— conservator,— replacement of casing/cover gasket,— no load tap charger (Nltc) exclusion,— complete painting/coating,— treatment of insulating oil,— cleaning live parts,— oil passivation,— insulating oil analysis,— oil refilling,— moving transformer inside the power station,— setting up transformer transport,— placing transformer in storage state,— installation and commissioning the transformer,— Lv electrical tests,— storage tanks,— disconnection/connection Hv/Mv/Lv connections from the transformer.
