Description
The subject of the contract is the maintenance service of the equipment owned by the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, listed below: a) Mass spectrometer (MS) Sciex TripleQF5600 S/N: BN21491307b) Mass spectrometer (MS) Sciex QQQ5500 S/N: AU24851011c) NM20Z Gas Generator S/N: A13-08202d) NM20Z Gas Generator S/N: M10-08-132.The contract has not been divided into parts (the contract is in parts).2. Service includes: a) Maintenance Inspection: one service visit per year to check the equipment for proper operation and configuration with respect to essential functions and reliability in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures/recommendations. The Ordering Party requires that the service visit be combined with practical assistance and solving current issues concerning the use of the equipment by the User, b) Service intervention - removal of failures on an ongoing basis, without limitation of intervention, c) Access to, supply and replacement of spare parts (operating parts and those that have failed), d) Unlimited number and time of telephone consultations concerning the service of SCIEX, PEAK equipment, e) Remote assistance: Provided on-line access to the system for solving technical problems related to the equipment (SCIEX, PEAK), f) Service availability - on working days, during standard working hours of service services, i.e. 8:00–18:00.
