Description
The scope covers various categories of buildings owned or leased by the Banque de France:- central systems at headquarters (Paris 1) and at the Ventadour building (Paris 1),- a dozen branches with cash registers spread throughout mainland France (Annecy, Bayonne, Caen, Gap, Le Mans, Limoges, Metz, Orléans, Perpignan, Rennes, St-Etienne, Tours).Intrusion detection systems and equipment are mainly built by Gunnebo and are mainly of the "Securwave" type.The framework agreement mainly includes the following services:- the conduct of maintenance operations, - preventive and corrective maintenance of levels 1 to 4 according to the terminology defined by the FD X60-000 Standard including material, tools, dismantling or handling operations necessary for maintenance operations, labour, travel and subcontracting, the supply of spare parts and consumables to maintain intrusion detection systems and equipment in operational and safety condition required, - the maintenance in operational and safety condition of appliances, operating stations and servers and network equipment,- the evolutionary maintenance and updating of the supervision software currently in place for alarm systems,- the work necessary for the renovation of computer equipment and networks for alarm systems,- the supply of individual and collective protective equipment to all stakeholders as well as the necessary means of access for working at height,- the administrative follow-up of maintenance operations (minutes, reports, meetings, subcontractor monitoring, operation, updating of technical, regulatory and administrative documentation, preparation of estimates, etc.)The operation and maintenance services apply to the following intrusion detection installations: - intrusion detection units,- volumetric detectors, opening detectors, bottom-of-bolt detectors and seismic detectors,- listening systems,- all technical equipment and means contributing to the entire detection - intrusion and information chain, including in particular computer hardware (server, operating station.... etc.) and associated software (supervision and alarm reporting software),- hardware and software platforms for central intrusion detection systems.
