Description

In unit shutdown: - machining work in the workshop, in and out of the controlled area, of mechanical parts during unit shutdown periods, whether for shutdown or TEM, - machining and/or running-in on the installation using portable machines (SERCO, LARSLAP types, etc.) during unit shutdowns in and out of the controlled area. Only running-in following machining or complex operations are the responsibility of the holder,- boiler making work in the workshop not requiring a welding licence,- making sheet joints and braids,- maintenance of the machine tools made available and the associated tools. This maintenance includes cleaning, level checking, lubrication, draining and filling of capacities (gearbox oil and cutting fluids) according to the customer's instructions. As such, if the contract holder considers that the machines pose a risk to the workers, he must stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,- inventory at the end of the AT of the accessories (tools, metrology, inserts, etc.).Running trench: - machining work in the workshop, in and out of the controlled area, of mechanical parts during TEM periods, whether on behalf of the TEM or in preparation for shutdowns, - design, manufacture, overhaul of specific tools - manufacture of seals and braids, - Maintenance of the machine tools made available and the associated tools (1st and 2nd level). This maintenance includes cleaning, level checking, lubrication, draining and filling of capacities (gearbox oil and cutting fluids) according to the customer's instructions. As such, if the contractor considers that the machines pose a risk to the workers, he must stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,- regulatory monitoring of the grinding drums, which mainly includes checking the clearances, screens, dressing the grinding wheels, cleaning the suction filters, updating the register and replacing the grinding wheels if necessary. This activity is subject to specific training of the intervener and to an authorization from the employer,- minimum annual inventory of accessories (tools, metrology, inserts,...),- Machining:- carrying out various turning, milling, drilling, lapping,...- manufacture of threads with metric and special profiles,- manufacture of assemblies according to the tolerances of the plans and procedures supplied,- manufacture of mechanical parts from the various boilermaking, valves and fittings assemblies, rotating machinery according to plans and procedures supplied by EDF,- manufacture of stellite seat seats and valves, valves and various seal spans respecting the dimensions and tolerances given on the work request or the intervention file provided by EDF,- on site, machining and running-in with portable machines (SERCO, LARSLAP and others), mounted on valves, on capacity seal spans, extraction of seized studs, installation of separately applied threads....Boilermaking: - cutting of steel and stainless steel sheets on hydraulic shears, manual or oxytome table, - brazing and oxy-cutting, - grinding, drilling, tapping, bending, assembly or repair by welding "TIG"/ "ARC" on tools and various parts, - reloading, - cutting of profiled bars using disc, band or reciprocating saws, - punching of parts.Manufacture of gaskets and braids according to note 003861:- manufacture of gaskets (braids), for valves and rotating machines,- preforming if necessary,- manufacture of flat gaskets using electric, manual or die-cutting machines,- management and classification of the manufacturing requests for gaskets and braids.
