the consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq (ccp).the contract is a mixed price contract: it is concluded partly at a global and fixed price, and partly as a framework agreement at unit prices and executed by means of purchase orders.The possibility of concluding subsequent contracts is open exclusively for preventive, corrective and curative maintenance services in the event of the addition of new regional sites within the scope of the contract, whether or not they are public high schools. However, in order to encourage competition, the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a single candidate is 5. If a candidate comes first in several lots, he will be selected for the 5 lots with the highest maximum amount, on the basis of the amounts indicated in article 2.2 of the consultation regulations.
